Welcome to the Breaux Farmhouse Blog
Hey Friends! Welcome to the Breaux Farmhouse Blog. My name is Leah, the Mrs. of Breaux Farms and the writer behind the blog. While Breaux Farms is a family-owned and operated farm, I wanted a place to call my own.
If you're close to me, you already know I've always had a special interest in old fashioned, traditional values. Growing up in the Catholic Church, having grandparents happily married for 70 years, two grandmothers who were homemakers and spending time at their homes in the Summers, this is the life I was meant to live. I've been a Homemaker for 17 years, a Homeschooler for 8 years and a Farm Wife for nearly 9 years. I couldn't be thankful enough for a husband who believes in and supports the same values. It's really because of him I get to put all of my energy into a life I truly love.
While I'm aware modern-day society has turned the "Trad Wife" life into a trend, for many like me, it's far from a "trend". It's a way of life we believe in and have a passion for. Taking care of my family and home is the only career I could have that's fully satisfying.
My goal with this blog is to share wisdom, insight, inspiration and experiences with you all. Recipes, time management skills, holiday inspiration, gardening, wellness, budgeting and much more. This won't be a formal, esthetically pleasing blog, like most expectations today. It will be a place of value and authenticity.
I can only hope this blog inspires at least one person who truly values family life and marriage. Thank you for being here and I will chat with you in the next post!
